No matter how hard ...

No matter how hard you try and change what you eat, you will never lose enough weight with out exercise. Exercise is the ONLY way you will lose weight fast enough. I have tried to lose weight by severely cutting down on what i eat and i started to eat less the 1000 calories a day and in 1 month i only lost 3 kg and after 2 big meals, i put half of what i lost back. I spent a lot of money on weight loss pills and they DO NOT WORK, do not buy them But 2 month of exercise I lost 3 stone.
