Inspirational indeed, but I wish these type of weight loss videos would tell the viewer exactly how the weight is lost. I'm trying to lose 60 lbs, have lost 10-12, but can't get past that. So, what exactly did David do to lose the 401 lbs in 2 yrs? That's 16.7 pounds a month. Only about 10 seconds of the video do they go into that - 6 smaller meals to replace end of day mega meal, carbo-balanced to rev up his metabolism, with cheat days thrown in, then simple exercises. Sorry, not enough info.

Like you, I have struggled with my weight all of my life, I can understand what you're saying and where you're coming from. I was sexually abused from the age of 9-17, and at the age of 45, I'm just now starting to get my head together, kinda. lol I have recently lost 60 pounds but, I have 100 to go. Chris, you're an inspiration to me and you're an awesome guy. Don't worry, there's someone out there for you, I just know it! I wish you the best. :)

It's weird but I think most of the time we fat people truly believe skinny people don't understand and won't WANT to understand, and could never possibly be nice to us. It truly is a very debilitating illness that is too easily passed off as "lazy." And I think those of us who live it start to believe these falicies which keep us trapped.
